Loquat
18-11-2023 BRIGHTON
This garden began with an issue with Chafer grubs in the lawn and some slightly over grown Laurus nobilis topiary, Beberis and Pyracantha in the borders. This meant it leant itself beautifully to a lawn layout change with the introduction of the pebble path down to the tucked away seated area in the back which brought a much lighter colour rom the floor reflecting into the garden space.
We also pruned and reshaped the existing plants to bring more light and space into the garden and added and Edgeworthia chysantha, Asplenium scolopendrium, Liriopes and some Ophiopogon nigrascens to emphasise the existing plants and the south facing and north facing sides of the garden with the right specimens.
